Non-Alcoholic Manhattan Recipe
5 minutes
Easy
Our Manhattan mocktail recipe goes by many names (we like to call it a “Nonhattan” when we’re feeling clever). Here’s how to mix up a sophisticated, non-alcoholic Manhattan that allows everyone to toast to the good times.
Ingredients
Ritual Whiskey Alternative x 2 Ounce (oz), Ritual Aperitif Alternative x 1 Ounce (oz), Red Grape Juice x 1 Ounce (oz), Non-alcoholic bitters x 2 Dash, orange peel x 1 Piece, cherry x 1 PieceDirections
1. Prepare Your Glass: First, chill your cocktail glass. This will keep your drink refreshingly cool as you sip.2. Mix Your Mocktail: Fill a shaker with ice to chill the ingredients as they mix. Pour 2 ounces of Ritual Whiskey Alternative. Pour ½ ounce of unsweetened red grape juice with ½ ounce of Ritual Aperitif Alternative. Add 2 dashes of your favorite non-alcoholic bitters.
3. Stir, Don't Shake: Gently stir the mixture in the shaker. Unlike shaking, stirring is the key to a silky-smooth Manhattan, ensuring that your cocktail is perfectly mixed without becoming too diluted.
4. Garnish and Serve: Place a cherry at the bottom of your chilled glass. Strain the cocktail mixture over the cherry, allowing the flavors to meld. Enhance the aromatic experience by garnishing with a twist of orange peel on the rim or directly in the drink.
5. Enjoy: Raise your glass and enjoy a Manhattan mocktail that doesn't compromise taste or tradition. Cheers to a sophisticated cocktail experience, with none of the alcohol but all of the celebration!
